The newly-built house is in the village of Kastel, three kilometres from Buje and ten kilometres from Umag. The location is very quiet, 300 metres from the main road, so there is no traffic to disturb your sleep and your children can run around freely without your having to worry.

The living space of around 150m² can accommodate six to eight people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house was built in 2013 and has a 250m² plot of land. The living room has satellite TV and a sofa bed (140 x 200cm). The well-equipped kitchen provides an electric stove and induction hob, hot and cold water, a fridge, oven and coffee machine. You can go shopping about 3km away and Umag is about 10km away. There is a restaurant about 200 metres away and the sea is about 6km away.
