The home sleeps up to 8 guests with five beds and offers fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable living space, and a well-stocked kitchen. The large yard provides easy parking for trucks, trailers, or multiple vehicles. Located on a quiet street in an older, up-and-coming neighborhood that is actively improving, this home offers great value for families, crews, and longer stays.

The Space

This one-level home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience:

Primary Suite: King bed with private bathroom (shower only)

Bedroom 2: Two queen beds

Bedroom 3: Twin bed with trundle (two singles total)

Shared Bathroom: Tub/shower combo for bedrooms 2 and 3

Every bedroom features a new smart TV, plus an additional smart TV in the living room. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home supports streaming, remote work, and extended stays.

Recently renovated and professionally designed, the home blends a Sedona-inspired aesthetic with Southern charm. All furnishings are new and curated for comfort. Keypad entry at each entrance allows for seamless self check-in.

The neighborhood includes a mix of older and renovated homes. We’ve had long-term renters here for over two years with zero issues.

Recent upgrades include an 8-foot privacy fence and a new firepit area for outdoor enjoyment.

Guest Access

Guests will enter using a keypad at the front door. Please note the front porch has steps.

Other Things to Note – Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome with prior approval (maximum of two dogs)

We require the following information before booking:

Age

Breed

Where the dog sleeps

Pet fee: $40 per dog, per night

Dogs must be leashed when outside

Cleaning fee does not include pet waste or excessive pet hair

We may ask you for a $250-$500 refundable security deposit at our discretion

Please bring poop bags and lint rollers and clean up after your pet to help maintain a 5-star stay
