This was the perfect base for a girls weekend in Nashville. Clean and enjoyable space, great to have the pool for some afternoon relaxation. There was a little middle-of-the-night noise in the parking and pool area but didn’t ruin our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, perfect location only about a mile walk to Broadway, 100 yards to the sounds stadium, and less than a half mile to two different breweries. Will definitely stay again if coming to Nashville.

These hosts are great and had excellent communication, going above and beyond! The condo is super cute and is a super quick Lyft ride to Broadway. We would stay here again for sure!

Stayed here for a long term 6-week stay and it was great! Right near lots to do and easy get to downtown and wherever else u may need to go. Hosts were so communicative and helpful with everything as well and the bed is super comfy! Overall great experience!

It was a very nice place to say had a nice swimming pool right by the river. You could actually walk to lower Broadway but if it’s hot out, you might want to Uber. I rented a car, but the prices of parking was more expensive. It’s better if you just use Uber or Lyft. There was always a scooter or Lyft bike you could rent nearby if you didn’t want to walk. The hosts always responded back to you and they also gave you some information about Nashville. It was a very pleasant stay. I would stay there again if I went to Nashville.

Location can't be beat. Germantown is a wonderful neighborhood that has many great restaurants and things to do and is walkable/a short ride share to Broadway. Apartment was cute and comfortable and had everything you need; the pool was a major plus in the summer!
