The owner was very welcoming and responsive. He made our stay feel like home. The house and resort are excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the house and neighborhood.

The house was perfect for our family, with lots of room, updated features and cleanliness. It’s also 100 feet out the back door to the amenities of the resort which is really really nice! Would recommend to anyone!

The home itself was very nice and the host was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there overall. I do want to mention that there were a few minor damages around the home that were already present before our check-in, but they did not affect our stay in any major way. Just something that could be looked at. Overall, we had a good experience and appreciated the hospitality.

We were very disappointed. When I saw a cigarette butt in the outlet outside while opening the front door, I had a bad feeling. The house is nicely appointed, but dilapidated. The smaller bedrooms are not decorated as advertised in the pictures. The pictures must have been taken right after this place was renovated, because the place is rough now. Very dusty and smelled strongly of smoke when we entered. There were two smoke detectors missing in the bedrooms upstairs and I found one in a draw on the last day. There were busted lamps, the couches have stains, the blinds don't all work - I had to put a towel up in the bathroom for privacy since the blinds did not close. The toilets are a nuisance to operate since most are electric - we had to find the manual buttons to use them. No toilet roll holder in one bathroom. The door sticks in the half bath on the main floor and we had to help get people out more than once. The "Game Room" is virtually unusable since it is a converted garage with no AC. The house backs up to the main road in the neighborhood, so the pool isn't peaceful. Backed up drains in the kitchen and main bedroom upstairs. Shower handles popped off and limescale is everywhere. Beds are basic, mattresses need replacing. Pillows are stained, no covers on quilts. Minimal kitchenware - bring some seasoning and a beer opener. The AC worked well and the host was responsive. I would never stay here again and feel duped by the pictures.

The residence was very spacious, updated and family friendly with a pool and hot tub. Located near plenty of eateries. The host was very informative and accessible. I would recommend this place for a family or large group vacation spot.
