Step outside to your gazebo-style balcony with table seating, perfect for sunrise coffee and sunset views over the ocean and boardwalk. Located directly on the boardwalk with 2-car garage parking and access to a community pool and fitness center, you’re just steps from the beach, dining, and attractions.

Things to know:
• The fireplace is not operational and should not be used.
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay
• No smoking, no pets, and no parties permitted
• Located directly on the boardwalk—expect increased activity and noise, especially during peak season
• Ocean City enforces quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM; violations may result in fines or removal
• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles; garage clearance height is 6’10”
• Linens and bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels
• Community amenities (pool, sauna, fitness center) are HOA-managed and hours may vary without notice

Not clean at all, bathrooms were dirty, moldy and rooms were really dusty. We had to wipe down all the nightstands before usingWe were not notified beforehand the fireplace would be off due to an issue with the gas. Which was a bummer Just spent a lot for it to not be clean and moldy.
