The Treehouse at 11 Gables Ludlow is a newly renovated barn apartment that offers a one-of-a-kind stay.

Catch the Okemo Shuttle Bus in front of the house (8 minutes past the hour) or drive 3 mins to the lodge.

Short walk to village shops & restaurants.

Enjoy your coffee by the pellet stove, warm your toes on the heated time floors, freshen your ski gear with the in-unit W/D, & savor some adult time while your kids hang out in the “Bear Den”. You just found your new favorite VT getaway!

11 Gables Ludlow is a newly renovated 3-family home with historic ties to Calvin Coolidge. Young Calvin spent some time living here while attending the Black River Academy. A neighbor wrote in her diary about seeing Coolidge outside her bedroom window `canoodling` in the side yard with another peer.

11 Gables Ludlow has 3 units:
Unit 1: Coolidge Quarters - 4BR & 3BA
Unit 2: Mountain View - 2BR & 2BA
Unit 3: The Treehouse - 2BR & 2B

Each unit is equipped with a keypad lock. Your preferred 4-digit code will be programmed for you prior to your arrival.

Our top priority is that you have a safe and memorable stay with us here in the center of Ludlow village.

The entire rental unit is yours to use during the duration of your stay!

Keyless entry will allow you to check-in anytime after 4pm.

Find all you need for your stay within steps of the front door - Boutiques, bars, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, breweries all available - the hardest part will be deciding which one to try first!

Free parking onsite with surplus parking a 3-minute walk away located behind Brewfest (the beer, wine, and liquor shop).

Forget about the hassle of parking downtown to shop or dine, the house is centrally located in the Village of Ludlow!

The `Treehouse` has many stairs and is not a handicap accessible unit.

There are doorbell cameras on the porch. Smoking is allowed in the driveway. Please dispose cigarette filters in trash. Thank you!

• No parties, events, or unregistered visitors.

• 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests.
• Excessive noise or disturbances may result in termination of your stay.

🚭 NO SMOKING
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit or common areas.
• Smoking violations may result in significant cleaning or remediation fees.

🐾 PETS
• Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing before arrival.
• Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage or cleaning.

❄️ WEATHER & SAFETY
• Vermont weather includes snow, ice, and freezing conditions.
• Use caution on walkways, stairs, and driveways.
• Wear appropriate footwear and travel carefully.

• These are normal characteristics of the property.

🧹 CLEANLINESS & DAMAGE
• Please treat the space with care.

• Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.

🚗 PARKING & TRASH
• Park only in designated areas.
• Dispose of trash in designated receptacles only.

🚫 ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
• Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay.

🌲 TREEHOUSE GUESTS – BEAR DEN NOTICE
• The Bear Den has lower ceiling height due to historic construction.
• Please move carefully.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No jumping or rough play in this area.
