Thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. During your visit, we encountered an unexpected storm-related electrical issue that caused a fuse to trip. It was immediately rectified by turning the switch. Additionally, we learned that the cleaning service did not meet our standards. We sincerely apologize for that oversight. To make things right, we immediately refunded your cleaning fee, provided a complimentary night's stay, and even offered an additional free night at the end of your stay to compensate for the inconvenience. Our goal is always to provide exceptional hospitality, and while some circumstances are beyond our control, we take full responsibility for the aspects we can improve. We appreciate all your feedback and remain committed to ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
