Hello and welcome! My husband (Dan) and I (Connie) are local to the region and personally use this home when itâs not occupied by guests. When the property is rented, we stay with family in the TriâCities. Starting in 2027, weâll be spending our winters in Florida from January through April and would love to host longerâterm renters during those months.
