Amazing blend of old and new! Modern condo in a 1849 building! This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large modern kitchen and tons of original historic details contrasting with modern design touches.

The master bedroom has a King bed and en suite bathroom. The washer and dryer are also located in the master bathroom. A 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 2nd full bathroom is across the hallway making it convenient for anyone sleeping in the living room to use as well. Bathroom #2 is a full bath with a tiled shower.

The sleeper/convertible leather sofa makes a bed approximately the size of a Queen by pushing the ottoman into the L-corner of the sectional.

This unit comes with a garage card for one vehicle in the City of Savannah Robinson Memorial Garage which is a one-block (0.10mi) walk from the building (garage entrance on Jefferson between State and York). If you have more than one car, additional vehicles can pay to park in the same garage or get a city visitors parking permit from the City of Savannah Visitors Center Please visit for details on this and other aspects of the vacation rental process.

Savannah is a walking city which is what I love so much about living here. The location of this condo is 'to die for'. Between River & Bay Streets plus Ellis Square and the Jepson Center, this is the center of whatever you want in the Historic District. You can stroll to Starbucks in the morning, you can stroll home from Rocks on the Roof at night. You never need a car.

What makes this condo unique

This address is truly prime. This is exactly where most tourists want to be. It is also where a lot of locals want to be! This particular unit has windows that face the alley which makes it a quieter residence than it would be if it had windows overlooking the busy street. You can walk home from being right in the thick of the action and go home to a condo with a peaceful residential feel.

Very nice condo in a great location.

The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. As great as the amenities were the location is what made this place outstanding. A very short walk to River Street. Mary was very easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property or one of Mary's other properties.

Perfect loft located downtown Savannah

Amazing condo and great location

This place is amazing and has plenty of room. Close to many great bars, shops, restaurants, etc. Parking is about 1.5 blocks away in the garage. Only downside is the broken elevator. Lugging stuff up and down the stairs is no fun and an unneeded workout on my vacation. Highly recommended place to stay.

Owner's Response: Our elevator is now working! From 2015 until now I disclosed on the ad that the planned renovation would result in periods that the elevator was shut down for the equipment installation. This was a major undertaking with a tricky timeline and I did my very best to notify and work with guests during that period based on their ability to do the walkup. This building location is so fantastic that very few people chose to move or cancel based on this info. As it turned out we had guests using the stairs regularly. We are beyond thankful that time period is over now and guests can ride to the 4th floor. - Mary Anderson, Jun 16, 2016
