Amazing blend of old and new! Modern condo in a 1849 building! This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large modern kitchen and tons of original historic details contrasting with modern design touches.

The master bedroom has a King bed and en suite bathroom. The washer and dryer are also located in the master bathroom. A 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 2nd full bathroom is across the hallway making it convenient for anyone sleeping in the living room to use as well. Bathroom #2 is a full bath with a tiled shower.

The sleeper/convertible leather sofa makes a bed approximately the size of a Queen by pushing the ottoman into the L-corner of the sectional.

This unit comes with a garage card for one vehicle in the City of Savannah Robinson Memorial Garage which is a one-block (0.10mi) walk from the building (garage entrance on Jefferson between State and York). If you have more than one car, additional vehicles can pay to park in the same garage or all day street parking is best handled with a Visitors Day Parking Pass from the City of Savannah Visitors Center. Savannah is a walking city which is what I love so much about living here. The location of this condo is 'to die for'. Between River & Bay Streets plus Ellis Square and the Jepson Center, this is the center of whatever you want in the Historic District. You can stroll to Starbucks in the morning, you can stroll home from Rocks on the Roof at night. You never need a car.

What makes this condo unique

This address is truly prime. This is exactly where most tourists want to be. It is also where a lot of locals want to be! This particular unit has windows that face the alley which makes it a quieter residence than it would be if it had windows overlooking the busy street. You can walk home from being right in the thick of the action and go home to a condo with a peaceful residential feel.

Great place

Six of us gals in this loft for a weekend getaway and we had plenty of space. Perfectly located to access all fun things to do in Savannah. Mary was a great host, I texted her requesting a late check out (one hour) and she immediately responded. Mary made herself available via text, which was great. I would have given it five stars but when opening up the WiFi there was one WiFi that said "413 We Hear Everything"..... This was a little weird.

Owner's Response: This is a condo building with 7+ vacation rentals and a few permanent residents. I used to live here years ago and am familiar with every unit. The condo below this one has a long term renter currently who thinks it is funny to name his wifi network that. Sorry it bothers our guests I wish I could make him change it but I really can't. Do not be too creeped out because it is just because footsteps from 413 that sound pretty loud below. And the great thing is if you are in 413 nobody is above you and 413 has no shared walls so you won't sympathize with his issues :)

Great location!

Love the location- we parked our cars when we arrived & didn’t have to use them again until we left. Decor of the unit was cute & the layout of the space was perfect for our small group of 5 girls. Nice modern kitchen & appliances & mattresses in the bedrooms were soft and comfy. Would stay here again!

Magazine ready!

Wow. From the moment you walk in...feels like you're stepping into a photo from Metropolitan Home magazine. This condo, literally steps away from everything, was beautiful and comfortable for my family of 6 over the Labor Day Weekend. The city views were an added bonus. Parking is free in the covered garage which is a plus in the busy downtown/River Street/Marketplace area. I would highly reccommend this condo.

Better than a Hotel

We planned on stopping in Savannah for a short stay while we drove to Florida and this condo was more affordable than a hotel for the two nights we visited. Parking was easy and convenient with the provided public parking garage pass, but you won't need to move your car during your stay as everything is within walking distance.

Besides the great location (you can walk everywhere that you'd ever want to see in downtown Savannah), this condo is very unique looking on the inside and has a certain charm to it being a modern-looking space in an older renovated building. Getting in and out of the building is easy, as is getting into the unit after a long day of sightseeing.

We often took the stairs on the way down each day, but the elevator was our salvation getting back up to the fourth floor after spending time in the lovely Savannah heat. Don't be afraid to venture outside, pick a direction, and just start walking until you find something interesting - it won't take long!
