The place looks exactly like the picture. Location is amazing, actually walked everywhere. Host was very easy to contact and responded swiftly. Overall fantastic experience. I will DEFINITELY be booking again in the very near future!

The apartment was clean and nice. The bed was good. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Fan in the bedroom needs to be checked and anything that needed batteries. Hard to hear the TV over the air conditioner. I don't know the situation but there was no private parking. Had to park on the street. Which we didn't have a problem finding a spot. Seem like a good neighborhood.

Clean rental, good neighborhood with close walking distance to restaurants. Parking on the street. Good communication with VRBO owner. Window air conditioning unit in living room only. Be prepared to bring own hair dryer and clothing iron as they are not provided. Bare minimum provided in kitchen and 1 roll of toilet paper for a 5 day stay.

Host did offer us a little earlier check in and I appreciated that. However, the apartment was so hot. There is a little window ac unit in the living room but nothing in the bedroom or bathroom. A fan was provided, but it was so hot outside that wasn’t working. Parking is also on the street only. The whole block on both sides has signs that say no parking. We were told no one has had problems doing it, but it made me uncomfortable. We chose to leave early due to these issues.

The checkin process went well. The hoist met me at the agreed time and provided a code to open the entrance door and a key to the apartment door. The apartment was clean and the online pictures depict the apartment accurately. I requested a couple of things for the kitchen and the hoist provided them promptly. The apartment location is great. Not far from many restaurants and fairly close to downtown Denver. The hoist was pleasant and helpful.

Overall a great property. Convenient to Dtwn, Cherry Creek, and quickly getting on the highway to head west. We hit Red Rocks for a show, easy in and out. My suggestion would be to have more items in the kitchen. There were paper plates, but only 2 regular plates, glasses, and silverware set. Nothing to really cook with, if that's what u wanted to do. Trader Joe's walking distance was a big bonus!! Overall though, I'd stay again.

This was a simple, very clean apartment in a good location. We visited during a very hot week and it was hard to get the bedroom all the way cooled down, but overall it was very comfortable. The kitchen was a full kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, etc. -- which was great, but it was quite sparse on dishes, pots / pans / utensils. The host was easy to communicate with. Check-in was easy!
