Someday Isle is located on the Western side of the island in Coral Bay. It has a breathtaking view of the BVIs and is blessed with light island trade winds. It is a well-appointed villa with a West Indies charm that feels like home. Each bedroom and the cottage has its own entrance way, deck and bathroom which allows for privacy. The pool and patio are positioned for plenty of sunlight and gorgeous views of neighboring islands. It is a perfect location for après beach snacks and libations. Manicured gardens and walkways with island stonework surround the property creating your island oasis.

Pam and Dave Lach first came to St John after their middle child, Steven, visited with a friend for a high school graduation trip. Steven arrived on the ferry in the evening and drove to his friends villa in darkness. When he woke the next morning he described his first views as 'the most amazing and beautiful blue waters, island hillsides, and puffy clouds he had ever seen'. Steve convinced the family to take vacation in St John the next year.
The family enjoyed the sunshine, cool breezes, breath-taking views everywhere, as well the flowers, wildlife (especially the night sounds) and great attitudes of all the people. We started shopping almost immediately but it took us 4 years and many trips to find Someday Isle.
Come see for yourself! We're guessing you will really enjoy the villa and everything the island has to offer!
Ernest Hemingway once said, “Every man's life ends the same way. It is only the details of how he lived that distinguish one man from another.”
During our first trip to St. John, USVI we fell in love with the island. And like Ernest Hemingway, we knew what the island had to offer was unique and we wanted those details in how we lived our life.
After several trips where we rented villas, and sailed the BVI’s, we simply had a yearning for more. More beautiful white beaches, more eco-hikes, more excellent snorkeling and swimming, more quality time as we grow young together.
St. John quickly became the destination that our family wanted to visit again and again. The island offered something unique for each of us and after every trip our satisfaction compelled us to look for a home.
After an exhaustive search, we found and fell in love with Someday Isle. We selected Someday Isle for many reasons including the magnificent views, it's spiritual zen environment and the cooling trade winds. Whether it is just the two of us or our extended family and friends, the villa layout at Someday Isle creates a relaxing and enjoyable experience. One of our favorite times is when we share an evening meal on the upper patio and laugh our hearts out when we play some games.
Our preference was always to be on the Coral Bay side of the island because of it's casual feel and friendly community. Location was also key and Someday Isle provides easy and convenient access to so many great beaches and restaurants.
St. John is small but has so much to offer. There is no way you can experience it all in one trip. It is a tropical paradise that after just one visit can easily become part of your psyche and spirit and you will be yearning to come back again and again.
We think Someday Isle has a perfect blend of quiet Coral Bay serenity and classic island style and charm. It's architectural design and decorator's touch adds to your comfort. With natural wood beamed ceilings and tromp l'oieil painting technique applied to the walls, showers and ceilings, Someday Isle has a big villa feel in a cozy footprint. The gardens which are framed with island stone walls include banana trees, palms, orchids, bougainvillea, jasmine, hibiscus and much more. They create a perfect feeding ground for the many hummingbirds and sugar birds that visit throughout the day. Regardless of which month you visit there is always something in bloom in the garden.
Absolutely loved our stay on St. John and the lovely Someday Isle. Awesome weather, friendly locals. It was so nice to come back to Someday Isle at the end of the day for relaxation, "Pain Killers", dinner and enjoying a most incredible view! Every time we come back to St. John, it keeps getting better and Better! Many thanks for our stay here.
This retreat is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. The view is truly one of the best on either St John or St Thomas. Just a quick drive to many very good restaurants, great beaches, snorkeling sites and hiking trails. Come here and just relax!
Someday Isle is the end of our search of the Caribbean for home. This property has everything anyone could possibly want. The view is stunning and different with the time of day. Coral Bay is the best place on the island for peace and quiet but has a great bar and fabulous restaurant with aqua Bistro. Had three amazing meals there with the most recent on our last night which was the best. We were there for a week and never thought of even turning on the tv. If you want it it is there if you want. The property is maintained perfectly and on island management is wonderful. We saw all the main beaches and some the locals told us about and all were out of this world. We took a boat with ocean runners out of Cruz Bay for the day to snorkel The Indians and the caves on Norman Island which was the best I have seen in my life. Then we had lunch at pirates bite before drinks on Jost at Foxys and Soggy Dollar. Perfect Day. Can't say any more than just the perfect place. oh and also don't forget to stop at Columbos for a smoothie. Can't miss it at the intersection of hwy 10 and 20. You will see a bunch of times so don't wait as long as we did. Priceless! We are figuring out the time frame already to return.
We just spent a week at Someday Isle June 18-25, 2016 and had the most amazing vacation ever! This house is beautiful and secluded with spectacular views from every room! The property is well landscaped. We enjoyed the quieter side of the island, but still had several great restaurants within minutes. The breeze on the deck is perfect and the view cannot be matched on the island. The house is well decorated and well stocked in the kitchen for making meals. The view from the pool is also amazing and its very private. It is just a short drive to any of the beaches on the island and we encourage you to explore all of them. We explored during the early part of the day and came back to enjoy the pool and the deck in the late afternoon and evening. The chickens, very handsome rooster and the cat all added to the experience. We would highly recommend this property and will stay here again soon! Pam was wonderful prior to our visit...she gave us ideas and suggestions on everything from Jeep rental to groceries.
This is our third stay at Someday Isle and it continues to amaze us! The views are spectacular, the home is inviting and immaculate and the Coral Bay side of the island offers many activities. The pool is the perfect spot at the end of a busy day. Looking forward to our next visit!
We stayed at Someday Isle the week of 2/6/16. There were 3 couples and it was perfect. When we arrived we were greeted by a personal host and she brought us to Someday Isle. The roads are steep in St John so prepare yourself. Can't always see over the hood of your car.
The villa has three separate bedrooms where you will have a separate entrance. Great for couples!
The pool is a salt water pool and is quite refreshing and is the perfect size with a view. The grounds are well kept and the kitchen has everything you need. As far as the view you can't beat it. It truly is spectacular. Yes we would stay there again and I'd recommend to my friends & family.
We just returned from a 7 night stay at Someday Isle which is just a lovely property. The home is well cared for and private, the views are gorgeous, the accommodations are extremely comfortable and all bases are covered. The kitchen is fully stocked, beach bags, towels, chairs, coolers and pool toys (floats and noodles) are all provided. This location is super convenient to Coral Bay amenities - just a couple of minutes from the nearest grocer and restaurants. Two married couples were travelling in our group and the space worked very well for us. We declined to use the cottage but it is adorable. Pam was so easy to work with and helpful on the phone, answering questions and giving great suggestions. She genuinely wants guests to enjoy themselves. Terri, the property manager, was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and has an affinity for the critters that visit the villa. This scored very high for the 4 of us, as we have a collective 5 animals. We particularly loved Corky, the sweet kitty who visits. She made us miss our pets less. We would return to Someday Isle in a heartbeat!
