Nestled on the tranquil east end of St. John, Blue Infinity is a beautifully appointed villa boasting sweeping oceans views, modern furnishings, and all the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The villa features three separate living units, offering three bedrooms, three and a half
bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 total guests. Enjoy island living with alfresco dinners on the deck, read a book by the pool, or sip happy hour cocktails from the cozy outdoor couch all while taking in the views and listening to the water gently lap against the shoreline below. At night the location provides the perfect setting for gazing at the stars while taking in the warm ocean breezes.

About the Space

With three separate living quarters, each with their own entrance both families and groups of couples have plenty of space to relax and decompress after a day at one of the many beaches on-island.

The main house of the villa boasts a large fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating at the island, a large dining table, and a living room with a sectional sofa for everyone to gather together to watch television or just take in the stunning views. A half bathroom (with two sets of washers and dryers) completes the first level of the main house. The main house bedroom, accessible via a spiral staircase, offers a large bedroom with a King-sized bed, a large dressing double closet area, attached full bathroom with double vanity, and a private balcony with views from Coral Bay to St Croix.

Air conditioning is located throughout the main house.

A few short steps across the deck of the main house leads to “The Cottage”, a thoughtfully designed second sleeping and living space. The Cottage features a full kitchenette, a small dining table, and a living room with a queen size pull-out sofa bed. The Cottage is air conditioned for added comfort. A few steps down a short hallway, the private bedroom has a King-sized bed, television, and air conditioning. A full bathroom completes The Cottage, with a stunning St. John stone private outdoor shower.

The third and final private bedroom area plus bonus room of the villa is located on the pool level and is the ideal spot for older children to hang out and play games. The private bedroom area (with its own entry slider door and pocket door to the bonus room) has a Queen-sized bed and air conditioning. The attached bonus room is outfitted with two daybeds, a television, a seating area, a wet bar, and air conditioning. A full bathroom is attached to the bonus room.

The exterior spaces of Blue Infinity beckon guests throughout the day. Imagine sipping coffee from the outdoor sofa as the sun rises, relaxing on a lounge chair poolside, or making steaks or fresh seafood out on the grill. Regardless of where you choose to unwind, the views are beyond breathtaking.

***Please note that the base nightly rate shown is for up to four total guests. There is a fee of $50 per person, per night for each additional guest. The maximum occupancy for the villa is 10 total guests. Access to the Main House and The Cottage OR The Pool Level Bedroom + Bonus Room is provided for four guests. The space that will not be utilized will remain locked and unoccupied throughout the duration of the stay.

Full access to all areas of the villa (Main House, The Cottage and Pool Level Bedroom and Bonus Room) is only provided for bookings of 5 guests or more. For guests willing to pay an additional fee, access to third space can be provided to parties of less than five total guests.

Guests also have access to a variety of beach items, including beach towels, beach chairs, and various sized coolers with ice packs. Snorkel gear can be rented from Beach Bum in Cruz Bay or Crabby' s Watersports in Coral Bay.

The location of the Blue Infinity promises complete tranquility. Hansen Bay, Haulover Bay and Saltwell Bottom are five minutes away, offering amazing snorkeling and plenty of beach lounging space.

A 15-minute drive along the water leads you to the town of Coral Bay. Various restaurants (many with live music), a grocery store, mini mart, and shops are all located within quaint Coral Bay. The road leading to the beaches of the North Shore (including the notable Maho Bay, Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay and more secluded Francis Bay) is 25 minutes away. The North Shore also boasts hiking trails, ruins, and a variety of watersports options, including kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding.

Please note that we have one NEST camera in the driveway/parking area. The camera records movement in the driveway and entry gate, but does not record sound.
