Charming 3-bedroom house in peaceful Bandon perfect for extended getaway

Welcome to your home away from home. Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish three bedroom, one bath home that features WiFi, smart tv, a huge beautifully landscaped backyard with a putting green and propane fire pit, ample parking, and comfortably accommodates 6 guests.

The space
When you enter the house, the living room welcomes you with a nice comfy couch and two cozy chairs, the ambience of a warm inviting fireplace below a large flat screen smart tv. You can cozy up with your favorite book or watch your favorite movie while you unwind from the days adventures. We also offer a library of books in various rooms.

The kitchen features new appliances including stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee pot, and microwave. and is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans and cutlery, for a simple dinner for two, or a family feast for six!

The dining room features a table and chairs for six, plus two barstools, warm lighting and a great view of the beautifully landscaped backyard.

As you wander down the hall, you will see the bathroom on the right, with an extra large shower with tub, and beachy decor.

Guest bedroom #1 is the master at the end of the hall to the right, just passed the bathroom. This room features a super comfortable queen bed, night stands, and a large dresser and closet.

Guest bedroom #2 is at the end of the hall to the left. This room features a comfy queen bed, night stands, bookshelf with books for your reading pleasure, and a closet.

Guest bedroom #3 is to the left. This room features a Murphy Bed disguised as a beautiful cabinet, a spacious, dedicated work are with a height adjustable desk, lamp, corkboard and calendar, plenty of closet space (this is where you will find food and water dishes for Fido)

The linen closet is at the end of the hall, it holds the extra towels, and extra blankets and sheets. There is a coat closet in the living room as well.

Enjoy use of a large garage to park your vehicle in during your stay. This is also where the washer and dryer are located.

We allow up to TWO medium sized dogs with fee.
Please clean up after your dog(s).
With a huge fully fenced backyard, our house is an ideal place for guests who travel with their pets. Bandon is a very pet-friendly town!

Location is everything to some. We are located at the very end of a super quiet street, there is no traffic noise at all, you have all the privacy you could want, while still being close to everything Bandon has to offer.

Bandon offers a variety of fishing opportunities; whether you are interested in Coho or Chinook Salmon, Halibut, rock fish, catching your own Dungeness or Red Rock crab or even clamming in the mud flats.

If you enjoy golfing, our home is located just a few minutes from the world famous Bandon Dunes Golf Resort & Bandon Crossings Golf Course.

Bandon also offers a variety of highly rated restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques & specialty shops, and of course, several beaches!

Other things to note
This property is a fully furnished, very well stocked, monthly rental. That being said, we do provide housekeeping service every other week, this is included so there is no additional cost for our guests. We do this as a courtesy, and it helps us keep our linens in tip top shape and helps keep the indoor plants alive and thriving. The cleanings will be scheduled and coordinated with our guests once the reservation is confirmed.
