Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Guest must check in at the front desk. Not pets allowed at any time.
Retrieve keys from lockbox located on door. Place the parking permit (located in the key holder inside condo) in your car during your stay.
Turn lights off, place parking permit on table, return key & fob in lockbox, and throw trash in the trash chute. Lost key or fob $100 each.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
