This beachfront unit provides stunning views of beach and bay. You'll be able to experience amazing sunsets and sunrise from your private balcony on this 7th floor units. The amenities of this gated resort and beautiful grounds make this a perfect beachfront South Padre Island getaway. A washer and dryer is conveniently located in the condo as well.
This unit is located right off the bridge making it a very convenient location! Walking distance to everything you need! You have found your spot!
What we love most about this corner unit is the stunning views. This unit is on the 7th floor so you get stunning views of the ocean, bay and the most of the island. It is also walking distance to almost everything you ll need.

This condo is perfect for groups with or without children. There are TVs in both the bedroom and the living room. Sunchase IV is a gated complex with beautiful grounds, private beach access, two pools and hot tubs, children's pools, a 2nd floor library, 2 BBQ areas with charcoal and gas pits, a fitness center and a 7th floor sundeck. One pool is heated in the cooler months. The walk through the Beautifully landscaped grounds to the private beach access is relaxing and there are shops and a cafe next door.

You can walk to restaurants and nightlife if you like, or if you wish to dine in, everything you need waits in a fully equipped kitchen. An exceptional condo in one of the timeless buildings on the beachfront, this condo is perfect for your stress-free South Padre Island vacation rental

From start to finish, we are SO glad we booked this modern and lovely condo on South Padre! Great communicative owners, a spacious and light condo which had great views of the pool and ocean wirh a spacious patio, tgis exceeded our expectations. Decor was tasteful and comfortable, kitchen was stuck with everything a couple or family would need and there was a large 65 inch tv in living room plus large ones, and the bedrooms! my husband was ecstatic! beautiful wall of glass with a so you could see sun come up over the Gulf of America. For the money , an excellent deal! When we go back to South Padre, we want to rent it again!

Beautiful views

This was a great place to stay. There was an error in the listing as it stated king beds in both bedrooms when the second bedroom was double beds. Thankfully the rest of the place made up for that and the owners fixed the description. Would stay here again as long as we could have the master suite. We decided our friends should have that room. Beautiful condo and very nice complex. Owner was very responsive.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is very clean, nice linens, laundry machines provided(bring your own supplies if you intend to use them) balconies have such a wonderful view, and both side have access. There are activities daily if you are interested. Short walk to beach. The only comment we have was all the stools are running really slow and could use an update.

Beautiful Condo, with wonderful views!

Being able to sit out and watch the sunrise AND sunset was awesome. Being on the 7th floor made the views even better. The condo itself was well maintained, very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had so many extras, like plenty of dishwasher pods (vs the limit of 2, which we have had at some of our other stays at different condos). Plenty of beach chairs, toys and towels. Just a short walk to the beach. The location is so handy to restraunts, stores, etc. Highly recommend!

Great place for a South Padre getaway

My husband and I were looking for a clean, quiet South Padre Island vacation rental with a beach view, and this condo was the perfect choice. Even though the building itself is an older property, the owners of this condo have clearly taken a lot of care to keep it neat and updated. The spacious balcony offered a lovely view of the gulf and the pools. The kitchen appliances were clean and modern, and the hosts even provided beach towels. Lastly, the building was very quiet at night, which we appreciated. The only downside: The stairs in the unit felt a bit steep and narrow, but that didn’t affect us too much. Overall, we had a fantastic time and hope to stay at this wonderful condo again soon!

SPI Beach Trip

We loved this condo!!! They have everything you need, beach chairs, toys, cooking items, great sleeping arrangements, and a fantastic view of the beach and the bay!!! We like the 7th floor, high enough for a view but not a long wait on the elevator!!! The location was great too, close to lots of wonderful restaurants and the IGA. We had a family pickle ball tournament on the property and made a lot of fun memories at the beach!!! The pool is great too, easy to hop in after a long day at the beach!!! We will definitely be back!!! Thank y’all!!!

The host is very responsive and checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was well. We had no problems at all and the home was very clean and decorated beautiful. Great Get Away

Everything was great for our vacation. We enjoyed our stay very much. I wish we would have taken advantage of the kitchen and ate some meals in, but it was nice to be close to restaurants. The home office was very pleasant and offered suggestion for restaurants and we’re very friendly. If we ever go back to South Padre we will look to rent again

Great Condo and Great Views

This condo was as advertised...great views, clean and spacious. It is within walking distance of many activities on the island. The pool at the complex was clean, as well as, the grounds of the property. Gus and Cynthia were easy to communicate with, and the check in/check out procedure was very easy. We loved Padre Island, and we would stay here again!

Beautiful Ocean View Condo

The Condo was gorgeous and well stocked with everything we needed. Great location with shops and beach within walking distance. The grounds were very well kept. We loved the pools and a place to cookout after our days on the beach. I would stay here everytime!!
