This tastefully furnished house features a living room with sofa and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds), and 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, accommodating up to 6 guests.

The outdoor area of this well-maintained, fenced, and private semi-detached house is secured with video surveillance. A heated jacuzzi is available on request for an additional fee for the entire stay.



In central Can Picafort, 350–700 m away, you can easily reach numerous supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops within a 5–10 minute walk. The fine sandy "Playa El Muro," stretching for kilometers toward Alcúdia, is also just a 10-minute walk away—perfect for long evening strolls.



Palma de Mallorca and the airport are about 50 km and an hour’s drive away. Street parking is available. Pets, parties, and events are not allowed. The eco-tax is mandatory and must be paid at the property.
