Can Picafort, in northeast Mallorca, has grown from a small fishing village into one of the island’s most popular destinations. Quietly situated in the village and just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach, the welcoming and stylish "Casa Mediterránea" holiday home (125 m²) is set away from the main tourist areas. The tastefully furnished house features a living room with sofa and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds), and 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, accommodating up to 6 guests.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, a collection of games, satellite TV, baby cot, and high chair. The outdoor area of this well-kept, semi-detached, fenced and secluded house is protected by video surveillance. A heated hot tub is available on request for an extra fee.



In central Can Picafort, about 350–700 m away, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops within a 5–10 minute walk. The fine sandy "Playa El Muro," stretching for kilometers to Alcúdia, is also just 10 minutes away on foot and perfect for long evening strolls.



Palma de Mallorca and the airport are about 50 km and an hour’s drive away. Street parking is available. Pets, parties, and events are not allowed. The eco-tax is mandatory and must be paid at the property.
