This thoughtfully appointed condo features an open-concept living area with plenty of natural light, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach or on the bay. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze and watch the sunset over the water. Please note that this property is accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator on-site.

Was in town for a soccer tournament and needed somewhere that was close to the facility and the beach. This place was perfect. Beutiful views and really nice nieghbors. Clean and quiet community. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was such a great experience! I found the listing through VRBO search and booked. There was immediate follow up communication with paperwork and then check in details closer to the reservation date. We had zero issues, there were some rowdy people in the unit beside us but that’s completely outside the scope of anyone’s control. We checked out and the cleaners were coming in so it was a smooth transition into leaving but we weren’t rushed. Very nice and reasonable and would absolutely book here again!

Second time to stay this summer at 65 and Salty, the spaciousness is fantastic, the only downside is the furniture and mattresses are very aged and uncomfortable

This place was very nice and clean. We are a family of 6. We drove 14 hours to vacation here. Upon arrival we planned on cooking everyday. We weren’t really able to do this. There wasn’t a grill at all. The pots and pans are there but are very small. It took 3 pans just to cook hamburger patty’s for our family. This was a huge downfall for us. We spent way more on eating out than we really wanted to, just simply bc it was so hard to get everything cooked. The bunk bed mattresses were super thin and so uncomfortable. We couldn’t even sleep in them. There are also exposed wires on the balcony with no fixtures just wires. The broom had no dust pan so super hard to clean up properly. As a whole we had a great time. The pool was great. The responses if we had a question from the host was great. The view of the bay was amazing. We would vacation with this host again. Just some house keeping and upkeep needs addressed.
