Simple space that was comfortable and well appointed for basic needs. Great spot for a short weekend trip. Might be lacking in longer trips because of lack of proper kitchen.

Great little place. Super clean, well equipped, roomy, and comfortable. Timely communication with location address and access. However, we arrived in the dark and sure could have used a bit more info. Here's what we learned:- The address is for the main house. That is NOT the Train House. It is to the left of the main house. - There is no driveway/parking right by the Train House but a sign indicating the spot on the driveway parallel to US 41. It is just a 25 foot walk across the lawn to the Train House. Thankfully it was not rainy or muddy during our time there.- The best approach to the house is to turn on Holly Lane and making the quick U-Turn into the driveway (this is if heading from Monteagle toward Tracy City). - We discovered the hot temp in the shower is when you first turn it on. Turn more to get it cooler.- We found WIFI speed to be very slow. But this could just be us.- Area is very quiet and the porch rocker was a great place to hang. Althoug we didn't need it, I noticed that gas grill did not have a tank. So if you plan to use this feature you might want to double check on it. Hope these tips help you have a great stay!
