Amazing stay, cabin was exceptionally clean and cozy, staples more stocked than any B&B I've stayed at. Host was very communicative, and we really enjoyed our time there - my daughter was loathe to leave. Much appreciated - will be a return customer if available on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Very cute family cabin. Loved looking at the history of the home book. We enjoyed our stay. The only things that I thought might be improved is that there is no AC. This property is perfect for a winter retreat, lots of heaters, but high temps in the summer made it a bit warm. The other observation is that there are a lot steep stairs in the house to get to all the rooms. This would be a challenge for people with mobility issues. With that said, it is a very nice place and we would book again.

This is a wonderful cabin very close to Georgetown Lake. The cabin has every amenity that you may want and is tastefully decorated with antiques. Matthew has thought of everything you might possibly need, from butter to band aids!! The story of how two old mine cabins were moved to the location and melded together is amazing. We love this area and try to make a trip here at least once a year. We visited the ghost town of Granite (road is a little rough, but we made it with a Honda CRV AWD), the town of Phillipsburg (must visit The Sweet Palace and The Sapphire Gallery), and sapphire mining at the Gem Mountain Mine. After you done for the day, you can relax at the Lakehouse at Georgetown Lake, a restaurant and bar that is located less than a mile down the road from the cabin. Highly recommend this stay!

This is a gem! We loved the historical significance of the cabin as well as how well it is cared for. This is not just another VRBO...it has character and sentimental value. Matthew is a wonderful host with helpful and prompt communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return!
