This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps 4-6 and has all the amenities of home with a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience. If you don't feel like cooking, you are only 1 block away (easy walking distance) from downtown for excellent dining and fun, family entertainment.

Perfect Location, Well Appointed!

Really beautiful property with quality furnishings and housewares. Even though it's on the first floor, the view was still amazing! The location was perfect, close to everything in downtown Seaside. So much better than staying in a local hotel!

A Widows Getaway

It was so relaxing. The trip filled our spirit and renewed our soul. The condo location was so convenient for everyone. The amenities were good (loved the gas fireplace), and the size of the livingroom was perfect for all.

Loved it.

The property was great. We did have gorgeous weather which helped. We walked to the aquarium. We played games a lot. It took us forever to fihure out the TV. We ate in and in town. The view is exceptional.

Great stay!

Condo was just as described & more. Great place, felt like we had our own yard to sit in. Perfect location, right on beach & walking distance to plenty of restaurants & shops. Will definitely be back!

Super location

Very comfortable for the 4 of us, clean and great ocean view. Kids liked the cupboard full of games. We loved being so close to town. The beds were also restful. Very nice place, indeed!

Best place with grandchildren

This is our second time staying with the grandchildren. We had the best time it’s close to everything. We don’t have to drive anywhere. The beach is Right there and just a walk to town around The corner My grandchildren loved the bumper cars.

Weekend getaway

Beautiful location & nice view of dunes & ocean. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of pots & pans if you enjoy cooking. The fireplace & furniture was comfortable to just relax & we all could play cards at the table & still hear & see the view. Was disappointed in the cleanliness. Maybe the housekeeping was in a hurry.

Exceeded our expectations!

This condo felt like home! It was so comfortable and welcoming. It was clean and ready for a great stay in Seaside. The beds were very comfortable, but the couch and recliner were a bit to be desired. We loved the fireplace on the cold evenings.

Panoramic view and wonderful location

We had a such a nice time and loved the unit. It was clean and had fully equipped. The kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of towels for everyone. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings and sat out on the patio overlooking the Prom.

Absolutely Lovely

Our first family trip away from home with our infant, and it was perfect. The location was amazing. It was amazing having such a beautiful view with a fireplace that we could enjoy during nap time. It was really easy to pop out onto the promenade from floor level to quickly get outside when our kiddo was awake. The rooms and bed were cozy and we appreciated the blackout curtains during nap time. The town was lovely and the location of this rental is perfect for walking to everything.

Spring break getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was perfect for easy access out to the prom and the beach. I have mobility issues and having no steps to have to navigate getting into the unit was a wonderful plus. The only issues we had were trying to coax the cooktop to heat up & the toilet in the hall bathroom ran. That said, we would happily stay here again!

Great location, quiet and convenient to everthing. But...

The property was great, well kept, Well stocked, and located just a few minutes walk to main street, and beach. For the most part we enjoyed our stay, but would be better with furniture that was even a little more comfortable. All of the living room seating was very low to the floor, and not comfortable. While the futon couch seemed to be newer, as a primary seat/sleeping piece was impossible to sleep on. or sit on for more than a few moments.

Best Northwest Oceanfront Condo

Our expectations were not high. We had not been to Seaside in years but saw it as a place within reasonable driving distance where we could vegetate for a week after a busy Spring. The price was low for the location with a free day when renting for a week. We entered the condo and were astonished. Two bedrooms, two baths, laundry room, appropriate sized kitchen, dining area and the largest sofa we have ever seen. Not only recliners in the sofa but tow additional recliners in the living room. Out the front of the condo is a view which can only be described as spectacular. A well manicured lawn, the Seaside promenade, and the beach; 100 yards of sand then the Pacific Ocean. After parking the car, you do not need to drive anywhere as everything is within walking distance; excellent restaurants, shopping, an arcade, the Seaside aquarium, the river and all the amenities.

Great Stay

Wonderful location, steps to the beach, short walk to the boardwalk shops and restaurants. The furniture was comfortable, and the roll away addition was perfect.
