OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the ground floor, with easy beach access and expansive ocean views! Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Living room has open floor plan with a queen size sofa sleeper and a queen size murphy bed. The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes a dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Coin op laundry on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo. We love it! Very clean and quiet and within walking distance to everything. Easy access to the prom and the beach right from your back door. Will most definitely be back!

This was our second stay in this unit. It have been upgraded with heated floors along with other upgrades. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Mgmt Staff was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely rent again.

Quiet Condo Beachfront

We stayed here in October to visit grandchildren. The weather was typical stormy Seaside, Oregon. The condo was clean, quiet and easily accessible. Parking was very tight, elevator tiny. We used the stairs since we only needed to go up one flight. They were still cleaning when we arrived for check in at 4pm, however it was clean and they were just prepping to leave the property. Awkward but safe. We would stay here again.
