Steps from the Beach! 4-bedroom Single Family Home in the heart of Sea Isle.

Just Steps away from the beach, promenade and fish alley. Be the first to stay in this newly renovated 4-bedroom single family home. A perfect spot for families or a group getaway,

The first floor has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a Queen size bed and closet. Bedroom 2 sleeps 6 with a full over full bunkbed and a twin over twin bunkbed. A closet and TV finish off the space for the kids. Bedroom 3 "the game room" is a place to hang out and features a TV, games and 2 pull pull-out comfy futons. There is also one full bath with shower on the first floor. Off of bedroom 3 is a walk-out to the outside shower and back lower patio.

The second floor offers a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and range. The custom dining table easily accommodates 8 guests. There is a large family room with a sectional couch and TV and seating to enjoy coffee in the morning with 2 large chairs. Off of the family room is a covered porch with couches, benches and chairs. A half bath is adjacent to the kitchen and family room. And there is also a washer and dryer,

Bedroom 4 is also on the 2nd floor and offers a King size bed, closet and another full size bathroom with shower. And right off of the kitchen enjoy another deck with outside seating for 4.

With 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, guests enjoy plenty of space and privacy after a great day at the beach. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning.

There are 2 parking spots available on the private driveway. Just a walk away from all your favorite restaurants, the Promenade, Fish Alley the shops and nightlife.

For the top bunkbeds, the weight limit is 200lbs for the twin bed and 250 lbs for the full bed. There is no jumping allowed on the top bunk beds

The house is close to the beach and all of the action in Sea Isle City which fit our family’s needs. We loved walking to Fish Ally for dinner, Excursion Park for the free concerts and promenade for ice cream and the arcade. My older kids loved the proximity of the night life. Location is wonderful and walkable. We had ample parking during a crazy holiday weekend. The house was clean and decorated very nicely with some great touches. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to music or playing games. The house is a single which is rare in SIC rental and we liked that as well. Rebecca and Ben were great hosts and very responsive to communication. Would definitely rent again!

We are born and raised in New Jersey and have 4 children. We both grew up going to the Jersey Shore and always dreamed of one day owning a home there.

Why they chose this property

We love Sea Isle! And what's not to love. The beaches are beautiful, the town vibe is so fun and the people make it great. You can walk anywhere from our home and feel like you're a local. There are so many great places to grab breakfast, lunch or even a summer cocktail. If you haven't visited Sea Isle before, it's a must see!

What makes this property unique

There is room for everyone to have their own space. There are multiple decks off the front and back so you can always find somewhere to relax. There is no reason to worry about parking because the home offers 2 private spots. And you can walk to the beach!
