Consideramos que nuestro hogar es un lugar hermoso para disfrutar de sus vacaciones como tal, solo alquilamos a familias adultas responsables. Si busca un lugar para divertirse, ni siquiera pregunte ... Cuando pregunte, especifique quién se queda con usted. ABSOLUTAMENTE NO GRUPOS. NO PREGUNTE.

¡Amamos esta ciudad! Nuestra casa que ofrecemos en alquiler; 143 E. 46th Street se encuentra a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad y de las hermosas playas. Alrededor de una cuadra y media. Estamos ubicados entre Landis y Central Avenue, más cerca de Central.

Lo bueno de esta ubicación es que está cerca del centro de la ciudad; puede caminar a todas las actividades divertidas, incluida la nueva biblioteca, parques y tiendas.

Hay muchas actividades disponibles que atraen a todos. ¡A tu familia realmente le encantará! La playa que está más cerca de esta casa está protegida por guardias de la vida y está a solo una cuadra y media de distancia.

Tenemos una nueva cocina de última generación con gabinetes de cerezo negro y arce vidriado con puertas de cierre silenciosas y una gran losa dramática de granito. Tenemos todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable que incluyen una gama de gas Jenn-Aire, un refrigerador de puerta francesa y una nueva cafetera Keurig también.

Hay mucho espacio para todos en esta unidad; ofrecemos dos master suites. Hay un total de cinco dormitorios, tres baños, un área de comedor con una nueva mesa con altura de mostrador que tiene capacidad para 6-8 personas y barra de desayuno para 3 personas también.

Hay cuatro camas individuales y un baño completo en el nivel 1, una cama queen y un baño completo en el nivel 2, 1 cama queen, 1 cama king-size y 1 baño completo en el tercer nivel. Hay tres mazos; y la cubierta principal tiene una vista parcial al mar. Cada mazo está amueblado.

Todo lo que necesitas está aquí, al alcance de tu mano. Proporcionamos todos los utensilios de cocina, ollas, sartenes y cristalería.

El patio está parcialmente vallado y hay una espaciosa área de ducha al aire libre. Tenemos una parrilla de gas.

Ofrecemos cable digital, un reproductor de DVD y un estéreo. Tenemos conectividad inalámbrica o sin cargo adicional.

Esta casa más nueva y está en perfecto estado con techos altos y molduras de madera mejoradas. Está decorado en un tema de playa / surfista.


Incluido en su tarifa está nuestro propio servicio de limpieza. Somos extremadamente meticulosos; si eres un fanático aseado, te sentirás como en casa.

Positive first, it is extremely well located and the lay out is nice for privacy. Negative, no toilet paper in one of the bathroom and no back ups, the sheet situation was unclear, only 2 blankets for 6 beds, ice maker doesn’t work, no screen in the door going out to the deck, very odd that we had to take the trash with us

Thanks for staying. I am sorry about the lack of toilet paper and that the sheet situation was unclear. We have a ton of linens on site. Each bed has a quilt or comforter. I need the trash removed because if leave the cans out we get fined. I don’t leave near and my cleaning crew must not have noticed the lack of toilet paper. Anyway best to you and your family.

We had a beautiful week in Sea Isle. This home was walking distance to shops and restaurants that we went to! Great size home and not far from the beach. Owner was super nice and a quick communicator. We would rent here again!

Great Stay in Sea Isle

We had a great week at this house in Sea Isle. The house was large enough and all the amenities were great. Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Great locations.

We stayed here to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday! The owner was very responsive to any inquiries and accommodating for our stay. The location was perfect and enjoyed the layout and bedroom setups. So many shore homes have bunk beds but given we were adults only it was perfect to have 2 rooms with twins instead of bunks! There were also 2 queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom. Upon arrival the house was clean and fridge/freezer were empty which made move in easy!

Ideal location and lovely home

We had an excellent stay at this property. Everything we needed was there (even a baby bathtub!). We could walk to everything and loved being so close to the center of town. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who asked.

This home was in excellent condition when we arrived. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

The house was very comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, games, books, bikes and grill. Very close to beach, downtown restaurants and shops. The owners were very helpful accommodating.

The house was perfect for our family! Perfect layout of bedrooms and the recently redone kitchen and living area were very nice. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location allowed easy walking to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Great stay for us. Thanks.

Very nice place. Good location. Long time VRBO user, but 1st time we had to launder, dry, and fold bedding with a 10a check-out. A later check-out or a cleaning crew that handles bedding and trash would be my only suggestion. I would recommend this property to others.

Wonderful stay!

Our mid-March stay on-island for a wedding in this beautiful home was great! We vacation each Summer in Sea Isle and this home, by far, was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in! House was extremely clean and so nicely furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked and would be a foodie's dream during vacation. Suzanne was very responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend!! Will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Quick wedding stay

We were in need of a rental for a wedding on Saturday afternoon for myself, husband and adult children. The property was just as expected and large enough for our stay. The host was beyond gracious to give us a head start before regular check in time so we could get dressed for our wedding/reception. Communication was excellent!

Great location and has everything you need

Nice property that has everything you need for a great week in Sea Isle. 2 off street parking spots are essential. Outdoor shower. Garage fridge. Bedroom on main level so grandparents don’t have to do all those steps. Bikes & beach chairs. Perfect.

Home was a good rental in a great town. We did lose two cars to a freak flood over night. We woke up to a lake outside in the street.The cars were parked on the street curbside.that really stunk, but the home and town are great.

"Mi Casa, es su casa!" Inviting words from the owners!!! Great location, great weather, great rental home all rolled into one fantastic vacation! The lay out of the home was perfect for our family, the decor was beautiful, and the home very well kept and immaculate clean. All the amenities one would need for a perfect vacation, including a garage, outdoor shower, and beach tags! We just loved this home, and hope to rent again from the owners who were more than gracious and very easy to work with. Location Location Location

The location of this house was perfect! A short walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The center of town is just a few blocks away. The house was roomy enough for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The kitchen was big and well stocked for our needs. We brought our own bedding and towels and there is a full size washer and dryer. The only issue we had were the beds are very worn. The twin beds are basically springs in one bedroom and the kids were not very comfortable. Other than that the place was great!!!

Sadly we have never had a one star review. That said we did replace the mattresses her children complained about as well as the master king bed mattress with brand new mattresses and box springs. We are hoping no one takes this outlier of a review seriously.

Trying new place for vacation

The inside was very nice! Just like the pictures. It's only blocks from restaurants, night life, pickleball courts, and only a few minutes from the beach. There's plenty of plates, silverware, etc toto supply our whole family. Minor drawbacks were no real outside area in the backyard to hang out, grill was not cleaned and work only a bit to cook out. The front deck was great, although the 2 back decks were bery weathered. Having beach chairs available was great for our visitors. Its a bit more expensive than where we usually stay only a few blocks south. Owner was in contact with me all week when I had any questions.

We have owned our home in Sea Isle since June of 2005. We live in southern NJ -- about an hour away. We have 2 boys. We love Sea Isle and we love this home. It is a great location; close to everything. No need to Uber or use the Jitney. Fun, Family and Memories!

We absolutely fell in love with this place when we first saw it...There's upgrades throughout and as an added bonus there's an ocean view from the front deck...In the last 4 years a number of the surrounding older homes were replaced with new homes like our own. This has significantly improved the appeal.

We love walking downtown to enjoy all of the neat shops and restaurants. Also, biking is great here on the island. Of course there's just hanging around which is the best!
