First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen, Dining Room, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Balcony Access and Full Bath, Queen bedroom with Balcony Access and Full Bath.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the fall and holiday weeks.
