Sunset Sanctuary sits in a peaceful waterfront neighborhood surrounded by wonderful full-time residents.
Guests must remain within the boundaries of this property at all times. Neighboring docks, piers, yards, and shoreline areas are private property and are strictly off-limits.

Any entry onto neighboring property (including docks) will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
This policy is strictly enforced to protect our guests, neighbors, and the long-term availability of this home.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• NO SMOKING in house as well as the deck. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
