Located in Palm Desert, enjoy what our 3-bedroom house has to offer. We are located across the street from the Indian Wells tennis center. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds with smart TV's and the den with a workspace has a pull out twin bed, perfect for families or groups. Our home has been decorated with modern furnishings. Whether you want to unwind or stay active, our home is in a gated community that includes a relaxing back patio with BBQ, a gym, tennis/pickleball courts and 5 pools. It’s an awesome spot to relax and recharge after a day of adventure. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Months of May- October- Please set the thermostat to 80. Please close all window shutters to 3/4 open to reduce the need for AC.
Leave all beds made and place all the towels in the bathtub of the hall bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please read the house binder and HOA rules upon check-in.
