Bring the whole family to my amazing 1800sqft home that’s only 100ft from the water and a 200ft walk to all the restaurants, bars and scenic spots St.Andrews has to offer. Plenty of parking for your boat or jet skis because the boat ramp is only 1 block away in St. Andrew’s Marina. Don’t pay beach prices or fight beach traffic just drive 5min over the bridge and you’re there in PCB! Super quiet area with everything you could need all in one place! The Grill and Fooseball table are in the garage with beach chairs. Book now and save : )

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash to big blue bin outside and all linen in pile please and thank you
All dishes loaded in dishwasher and started with supplied dish pod
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties and no smoking inside. A few of $250 dollars will be taken if any smoke odor is left behind. Thanks ! :)
