Perfect for families or small groups, the home offers space, privacy, and authentic Italian countryside charm.

With three queen beds and one twin bed, the villa comfortably welcomes guests across four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. Three modern bathrooms, each with a shower and bidet, provide comfort and convenience. All bedrooms and the kitchen are air-conditioned, ensuring a cool and relaxing retreat during warmer months.

Inside, inviting gathering spaces are designed for relaxed mornings and long evening dinners. Outside, enjoy the sparkling pool and hot tub, wood-burning pizza oven and fire area, gas grill, and covered outdoor seating — perfect for sunset aperitivo overlooking the rolling Umbrian hills.

This property is a rare gem! Absolutely breathtaking views and sunsets! Relaxing by the beautiful pool was a welcome treat after touring all the big cities of Italy. The house is wonderfully appointed and so warm and welcoming! After our local tours of the surrounding areas, we all couldn’t wait to come “home”! Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the front porch just couldn’t be beat. Thank you Paul and Angie for sharing this piece of paradise with us!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house with its rural setting and amazing views! Plenty of inside and outside space for our whole family to enjoy - and the air conditioning worked well, even in the very hot weather! The fenced/gated swimming pool set slightly away from the main house was especially good for the young children in our party.Thank you Paul, Angie and agent Madi!
