This charming retreat features a private balcony perfect for sunsets, a basic kitchenette, and two queen-size beds to accommodate up to 4 guests. Enjoy easy beach access just 200 yards away, seasonal pool, and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere ideal for couples or small families.

* "Topsail Tranquility" is a comfortable and independently managed unit within Tiffany's Motel
* Can sleep up to 4 guests
* First-floor unit; Stairs required
* Private balcony

Very nice property really close to the beach, well kept but the only thing that kept me awake was a leaking faucet but other than that the description of the property is acurate. You are really close to everything from coffee shops to bars and is a quiet neighborhood so you will get some good rest after a bar night. Lol.
