For your comfort, we recommend visiting a nearby supermarket to restock for longer stays.

📌 House Rules
🚭 No Smoking Indoors — $2,500 fine plus costs for odor removal.
💧 Pool Care: Keep the pool clean — $1,500 fine if violated.
🗑️ Trash & Recycling: Please use proper bins — $1,000 cleaning fee if ignored.
🎉 No Parties or Events: $150 fine; guests may be asked to vacate without refund.
🐾 No Pets Allowed: $1,500 fine plus extra cleaning fees.
🧳 Late Check-out Fee: $150 (after 10:00 AM without prior approval).

🚘 Getting Around & Parking
• Community has a security gate; all drivers must be registered before check-in.
• Overflow parking is not permitted.
• Prohibited vehicles: boats, trailers, RVs, campers, commercial or construction vehicles.
