Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds unmade Please clean dishes, wipe down counters Place garbage in the garbage can outside and secure the lid as to not attract wildlife. Or you can leave garbage inside the cabin kitchen bin.
Winter: Turn off the radiator in the living room and the secondary heat mini splits in bedroom and seating area. Leave the primary heat ON and no need to adjust the temperature.
In the summer: Turn A/C to 75°F on the Mr. Cool mini split units. Leave used towels in the bathroom. Please turn off all lights. Lock the front door when you leave (Deadbolt Only).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have always loved being out in nature, whether it's swimming in the ocean, hiking or gardening in our backyard. Our interests have turned to real estate over the past few years and we have really enjoyed being hosts so far.

The River Owl Cabin sits near a cute little town with everything you could possibly need, but far enough away, that you feel like you are out in nature. The town is very convenient to pick up anything you may have forgotten to bring during your stay.
