REMINDER:
Please be advised that due to Florida’s warm and humid climate, the presence of insects is common and often unavoidable, even with regular pest control. Guests may encounter seasonal insects such as wolf spiders, palmetto bugs, flying termites, flies, ants, mosquitoes, cicadas, wasps, hornets, and various types of bees. We take preventative measures, but a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.

We want to be upfront, this neighborhood is not the greatest, and it may not match everyone`s expectations. With that said, we want to reassure you that we have never had any safety concerns within the property itself .The unit is secure, and many guests have enjoyed comfortable and peaceful stays. We recommend reviewing the location in advance to make sure it’s the right fit for you.
PET POLICY: We are happy to welcome well-behaved pets in our space, but we do have a few important rules in place to ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests:
- A $50 pet fee per pet is required. This fee does not cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or removal of pet hair or waste. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if the unit is left in poor condition due to a pet.
- Vicious or aggressive pets are not allowed, including pets with a history of biting or exhibiting aggressive behavior toward people or other animals.
- Pets must not be left unattended in the unit unless crated.
- Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside the property.
- Excessive barking, scratching, or chewing of furniture is not allowed and may result in additional charges.
We want everyone—guests and neighbors alike—to enjoy a peaceful and respectful stay. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a safe, pet-friendly space!
EARLY CHECK-IN: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate you if we can. Early check-in fee is $25 minimum charge. Accommodation will depend on whether there is another guest checking out the same day. Please inquire with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Feel free to ask as soon as possible and we will accommodate you if we can. If it is less than 24 hours till check-out, which means changing our cleaner’s schedule, there may be an extra $75 fee. Late check-out is 1 pm, with a minimum charge of $25, when available. If you need to check out later than 1 pm, we will need to charge you for an extra night.
NOISE / DISTURBANCE: No parties are allowed on the property. We enforce a strict fee of $1000 for any reported noise or disruption from neighbors. Please, no amplified music outdoors, in respect of neighbors. Indoor music is permitted except during ‘quiet hours’ between 10pm and 8am.
CLEANING / DAMAGES: In the event that excessive cleaning, repair, or replacement is required for amenities, furnishings, or appliances, appropriate fees will be applied.
REPAIRS / ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY: For any urgent repairs needed in or around the property, you will be notified immediately. Our handyman/service company may need access inside the property even if you are not present. Please note this is only for situations that require urgent action to make sure your needs are addressed and resolved immediately.
INVENTORY: Amenities and toiletries are included at the time of check-in, however, this is a one-time stock, and you will need to purchase any additional products needed during your stay.
SMOKING: Smoking or vaping are not allowed inside the house and will result in a fine of $750.
-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout
MAIL: Please do not send mail or packages to the property. We recommend a local Amazon locker or PO box for longer stays.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: We do not allow additional guests who are not listed on the original reservation to stay overnight in the property. Breaking this rule may result in an automatic cancellation of your booking without refund.
Damage Deposit: We will required a $100 deposit to be paid before you check in.
