Every guest must buy a wristband at $15.00 per quest and must be paid upon arrival, the HOA accepts a money order, cash, or personal check only and you will receive a parking pass and your wristband. Only one car is allowed per unit and 4 guest only per unit. If you are bringing a boat you must register the boat and trailer and your vehicle.
The office hours are Monday thru Wednesday 9 am to 5pm located at 2111 Padre Blvd Ste 4
The office hours for the onsite property manager are Thursday thru Saturday 9am to 2pm
There is a security guard on the premises 24 hours a day and you will show your ID to the security guard after hours to enter the complex.
The swimming pool closes at 10pm
