Beautiful place in a great town. We loved staying here. We actually tried to extend our stay but it was already booked for the dates we needed. We would recommend for anyone to stay here. If we are back in town we would book again.

This home was very well appointed, wonderfully clean, great location. We had a seamless check-in and check-out, and an overall great stay. Franklin was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place!

Frankly, I was skeptical about the use of the word luxury. This is a middle class neighborhood afterall while the building's exterior gave no clue. But my out-of-town guests thought this was a top notch place and were most impressed-as was I. We loved the unexpected little flourishes of gifts in the kitchen. Totally understand the rule about removing one's shoes however with all the cream colored rugs & furniture. Was quite beautiful and classy! Loved how close it is to the train to Center City and you can't beat the coffee shop that's there! We would definitely rent this place again the next time we have several guests arriving. These accommodations made *me* look good for having chosen it! Thanks!

I enjoy my stay at the property.On one minor problem, the tv code was disconnected in one of the bedrooms. But there were five more tvs to watch.

To leave a negative review of the property is unfair and not genuine!!1 Truth is you were trying to have a 21st birthday party with multiple guest. I warned you that the neighbors were very particular about loud music and parties, I ask you days before arriving how many guests and you confirmed two, then when we spoke on the phone you admitted to expecting at least 10-12 guest and it was a game night birthday party. you left the place very clean because you barley was there after our conversation and express to me that you wished you could have cancel because you didn't want any issues with the neighbors.you even expressed to me that it was hard to find a place that would allow you to have a party. In conclusion you have to be honest about your intentions.
