Drop your bags and relax at this sunlit, fourth-floor getaway by the water in beautiful Fort Walton Beach! The open floorplan features a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar for preparing your favorite, cost-saving recipes during your visit. Dine together at the nearby table for four, or break out the board games after days on the beach. The living area is illuminated by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up out to the furnished balcony and also includes a flatscreen TV, two plush chairs, and a comfortable sofa. And an additional balcony can be found off the main, en suite bedroom. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared, beachside pool.

We loved our stay here! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and in the best location - right on the beach. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool was great and never crowded, and the whole place was quiet and relaxing. We'd definitely stay here again!

This condo is just ok. Very dated and cheap uncomfortable furniture. Air conditioner is so loud it’s deafening and does not cool below 74 degrees and runs constantly. Can’t hear conversation and can’t sleep for noise of it. Kitchen is decent but many items were not clean. Pool was nice and not crowded but chairs need cushions and tables need umbrellas for shade. There are a lot of codes to go through gates and doors that were confusing and unnecessary bordering on paranoia. Beach gate code often didn’t work and was difficult to reset which was frustrating leaving you stuck on one side or another. This condo is advertised for sleeping six but was cramped in second bedroom where four sleep. Also dinner table is only for four. There’s ample room for a bigger table. I stayed here based on great reviews and was very disappointed which is why I am writing the review I would have wanted to read when I was looking for a place for our family vacation. I would not stay here again. I dreaded going into the condo and stayed out of it as much as possible due to noise and cramped spaces. Disappointing and way overpriced for what you get.

The condo was great. Very clean. Great location. Perfect pool and beach access. The only small complaints are that the living area has no shades or blinds. This wouldn’t be a big deal if it were facing the gulf. Every time we would pull into the parking lot, we could see right into the condo. You could watch tv from the parking lot. Also, the master shower is very finicky. You must ring the sweet spot for it to get hot. It’s a very small sweet spot.

Cold showers!

Property was very clean no issues there. No hot water in master shower, called on Tuesday and was told by the Vacasa folks someone would get with us within the hour, we’ll we checkout on Friday and still waiting on someone to show up. Seems like I read this was an issue on a previous review so I guess your stuck with cold showers in master bath. Pool view actually consisted of view of gate going into pool.
