Step into the open-plan living area, where floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf set the stage for unforgettable moments. The space is designed for comfort and style, with soft gray leather sofas that invite you to unwind and enjoy the scenery.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from stainless steel appliances to dishes, cookware, and utensils, making it a breeze to prepare meals for your group. Share those meals in the dining area while taking in the stunning views.
Both bedrooms feature plush king-size beds with premium linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The Murphy bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space without sacrificing comfort or convenience. The bathrooms are modern and spacious, offering everything you need for a refreshing start to your day.
For families, the condo comes with a Pack-N-Play, high chair, and plenty of beach toys to keep the little ones entertained. The balcony is truly a showstopper, with new, comfortable furniture and plenty of room for the whole group to gather and enjoy the views of the emerald waters and vibrant sunsets.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Guests will be required to sign a Renter Agreement with the Owner and provide a photo ID or the reservation is subject to cancellation without any refund. There is a Ring security camera at the front entrance only. Photos and amenities may change or be updated and may not match the photos exactly.
REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY:
Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property. We are not liable for injuries or damages caused by unregistered guests. Any guests over our maximum capapcity (6) violates fire code and will result in immediate removal without a refund and/or a $250 fine applies per unauthorized person.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS:
Parties are strictly prohibited by Airbnb and local laws. Violations can result in fines and jeopardize our ability to continue hosting. We have zero tolerance - any party will result in a $500 fine and immediate removal without a refund.
Note: Spending time with your registered guests is absolutely fine - we want you to enjoy yourselves. By "party" we mean any gathering that involves unregistered guests, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior.

This unit is a lovely condo with an incredible view.

We have rented this condo for many years now and always enjoy our stay. It is very well-equipped, extremely clean and has an incredible view of the beach. The owner is a pleasure to work with and adds those personal touches to make our stay feel like home.

Five-Star Beachfront Bliss- Dolphins Included

If I could give this condo a Six-Star rating, I absolutely would! I recently spent three weeks here and I can honestly say it exceeded my every expectation. From the moment I walked in and saw the space and that view, I was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief. The entire condo was spotless and is thoughtfully designed. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and having access to a washer and dryer is priceless. Truly feels like your home away from home. Waking up and sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee, listening to the sound of the waves and even witnessing an occasional dolphin sighting....it doesn't get any better. Walking distance to a convenience store and even a few restaurants make this location ideal. The condo complex was very quiet and even offers secured parking which is a nice perk. Even though I didn't use the pool, the grounds and the pool are extremely clean and well maintained. Communication with the owner was seamless from start to finish. She is very responsive with answering questions and even offering some suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the area. I would absolutely stay here again, in fact, I have already booked for 2027. If you are considering this property, just do it. I can honestly say that "After Dune Delight" is legit and all you have to do is show up and ENJOY!

We’ve always loved staying in Destin, but decided on this condo at Fort Walton to avoid the crowds! We were not disappointed! The condo was even better than the pictures & had everything needed for a great stay! We wished the pool would have been heated on our stay, but we knew ahead of time it wasn’t at this time of year. Rhonda was a great host and answered any questions we had right away! :) Would definitely stay again!!!

We loved our stay at Dune Pointe!!! Rhonda is great to work with. She has really put a lot of thought into making the condo comfortable and convenient and it shows. From pots, pans, Tupperware, measuring cups, linens, to patio furniture, this condo was very comfortable. Dune pointe grounds are very well kept and clean. We will definitely be back.
