The Space:

Make the most of the Emerald Coast at this Horizon South condo. Located on the coveted west end of Panama City Beach, the condo is just a short walk across the street from a private beach access area. For some on-site leisure, choose from one of the four large pools and hot tubs, or head to the children's pool with your younger guests. Challenge your guests to a few rounds of mini golf, a friendly tennis match, or a game of hoops on the basketball court. The clubhouse features an exercise room and pool tables. This fantastic location is just over a mile from bustling Pier Park, which offers amusement park rides, restaurants, shopping, and an Imax movie theater. Frank Brown Park, a premier 200-acre facility hosting numerous sports and events, is also just down the road.



Updated furnishings and modern essentials are furnished throughout the condo for complete home comfort. The full kitchen is equipped to handle home cooking and the. living room smart TV is ready to stream all your favorite shows or movies. The private balcony offers a breezy perch for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Beach chair service rentals are available for an additional on-site fee from March through October.

Enjoyable Vacation!

Roomy accomodations for our family with enough seating and styled decor that confirms your at the beach. Everything we needed for the week was there. Conveniently located close to the Beach cross over was wonderful. The only downside is the construction taking place, so wake up early to the crew using heavy equipment to replace sewer pipes. Project will not be completed until late July.

Beach Vacation

Everything was great, but i think the bracelet and parking should be included all together in rental price...one issue while stay was the fire alarm going off in the master bedroom from steam of shower, which was reported.On the other hand, it was amazing.

Property great, property manager horrible!

The property itself was great, but I would never stay at a vacasa managed property again. They have aweful customer service and they try to intimidate guests into paying lots of undisclosed fees. Vacasa operate on fraudulent and immoral business practices. They did not disclose all their fees in the property listing, then tried to demand in emails that the extra fees must be paid. I emailed their customer service, they admitted in writing that they didn’t disclose the fee prior to booking because it’s an HOA fee. I requested to speak with a manager. She didn’t call me until the day of check in! Then called me a liar and said her staff never said the fees weren’t disclosed and tried to say that their fees are always disclosed. I then reached out to VRBO with screen shots of the listing, my conversation with the property management company, and VRBO worked out the details with them so that I would not have to pay any extra undisclosed fees. The property itself was very nice, clean, great decor and comfy. The location is convenient as well. I would just steer clear of anything managed by Vacasa again!
