This Uniquely Designed 2 Bedroom Condo will take your breath away! Beautifully decorated with the latest design trends, it creates the ultimate comfort for your Panama City Beach Getaway! The living room is well appointed with comfortable and stylish furniture, including a sleeper sofa, smart TV with Netflix account and upgraded channels like HBO and latest apps.The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items to cook a meal, from high end toaster, coffee maker to the latest washer and dryers. The master bedroom is very spacious with a balcony and en suite bathroom, a very comfortable King bed and a TV. The second master also has a flat screen TV with a Netflix account and al the latest apps and upgraded channels, like HBO. The nook area offers the bunk bed, lots of storage and a fun environment for the kiddos to play in and have their own space away from adults. The unit has an extremely large balcony that overlooks the lake and the Vegas style fountain show every night. The condo is located on the 6th floor, so once you park your vehicle on the 6th floor parking level, you walk straight to your unit without needing any elevator. The putting green and kids pools are just 2 floors down.

Lovely and Relaxing

We loved this Condo! Condo was clean and fresh and updated! no moldy smells (which is my pet peeve) -Front door opens to views of Pineapple Willy's and back has view of lake - so relaxing. We were able to go down to ground floor for ice cream, lunch, and dinner! I love that we didn't have to drive anywhere! We walked over to beach in the mornings which is like 10 steps from building and were able to eat lunch one afternoon at Willy's and retrieve drinks right there on the beach from Pineapple Willy's! We have taken a lot of beach trips and this one was by far my favorite do to staying at this location.

nice, just needs a few improvements

nice property. very close to the beach. big master bathroom. blue swing chairs shown in property pics are not there. sand could be felt on floors upon arrival. bath towels are very worn/out used and need replacing. perhaps add a cheap keurig to make coffee more simple in the mornings. Refrigerator shows a good bit of rust on the outside and could be replaced to improve aesthetics. overall a nice stay- condo just needs a few improvements.

Great Location, Misleading photos

This condo has pros and cons. Pros...great location, close to elevators and parking garage. Cons...The pictures were Very misleading. None of the outdoor furniture in the pictures are actually there. The Wall murals in the bedrooms not actually there. There was mildew/mold on ceilings, AC would not go under 73 degrees even after flipping the breaker like they had mentioned to do, door handle locks have been picked out and are VERY SHARP metal on hands when opening doors, refrigerator door rusted out, honestly just needs a lot of TLC which they did a very good job of covering up in their pictures as shown. The condo worked for us, but I am not sure I would pick this one again. We love Laketown wharf though! The amenties are hard to pass up!

Overall Not Horrible

Nice location, furniture was uncomfortable, very hard to use anything except for beds. I followed all directions and could only get living room tv to work. Bedrooms not at all. Tried to cook and not a lot of pots and pans to chose from they all stuck but one and I had to wash them before using due to stuck on food in them. I believe it might have been eggs. I think there needs to be a better cleaning company hired but owner was very nice and place was very affordable. If updated I believe it would be very nice. We did leave day early due to water being off all day one day with no warning & day we left had to run outside in pajamas due to smoke alarm. We just thought it was a sign. Not owners fault. We would stay again if updated. Thank you

We had wonderful family time! Thanks for providing a great place at such a reasonable price! This particular condo was perfect for us. From the beginning, I was impressed with the prompt communication from the owner. We had a bit of an issue with the WiFi not connecting but I emailed and within a few minutes, they emailed back. We were able to resolve the issue. I do think the condo could have been a little cleaner. It was adequate but not sparkling clean. Some things could stand to be replaced. The fridge had a broken facing around the ice maker (ice maker still works great), the microwave makes weird loud noises, and the outside furniture was adequate (table with 6 chairs and a lounge chair) but did not match the pictures in the photos when we originally selected this unit. It was adequate but the balcony is big and could be amazing with the right furniture. Also, a chest with drawers somewhere in the bedrooms would have been great! There is lots of storage in the closet and the bathroom but nothing in the bedroom. Again, these are minor and may not even matter to some people. Being on the 6th floor meant, for the most part, we got to avoid the elevators. The elevators were very slow, some not working. It wasn't during peak vacation times. I think they just aren't fast elevators. With me being in a wheelchair, this 6th floor condo connecting sky bridge was an added bonus. Also, checkin was a bit of crazy for us. It was our first time there and we knew we had to go to the checkin place in the lobby. However, we didn't know we'd have to park in the deck then walk over to the office, then back to our car in the deck to get our things. Thankfully, there was a sky bridge connecting the deck to the condos on the six floor. Otherwise, we would have had to take 2 sets of elevators from the deck to get to our room. So make sure you are staying on a level that has a sky bridge. The elevators are slow! Other than that, the property was beautiful, great location, close to everything. We could see the ocean across the street from the front door of our condo and the back door overlooked the beautiful lake. We would definitely stay here again. We are thankful for these memories, even the not so perfect moments 😂, made with family!

This condo is in a beautiful complex, but the little things are missing.

When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned. (We changed dates so accidents happen). The cleaning crew came in the next morning and cleaned. We only had 4 towels, no hand towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper (We stayed 5 nights), only 1 tv remote (there are 3 tv's), and the guest bed didn't have the correct size sheets on it. Also if you plan to cook anything on your vacation do not stay here. The kitchen is sparsely supplied and not enough stuff to barely make eggs and sausage in the mornings. The beds are comfortable and the showers are amazing!!

The condo looks like it's had a new paint job done. The beds are super comfy. Very basic dishes. And not a lot of cooking pans. The floors are very dirty. Had to wear socks otherwise your feet turn black and baseboards are dirty. Washer and dryer are brand new. The fridge is old and tray on outside is broke off. Fan In master bedroom is loud and you can't use it. The couch is comfy but needs needs new bottom cushions. She did replace the chairs on balcony but left the old settee out there with dirty cushions. It was not enough for us to complain to the owner about. I would rent it again just for the comfy beds.

Arrived to a dirty, smelly unit with dirty, old outdated furniture that looked like it came from a garage sale. dirty insufficient kitchen. Had to eat out every meal because we refused to use the kitchen. Refrigerator water dispenser was rusted out. Stove and microwave in and under were filthy. Down the side of fridge was greasy with food. Dirty dishes in cabinet.Trash can was nasty. All floors were dirty. Mop was dirty and hard and couldn't use it to mop. The base boards had dirt standing on all of them. The walls all need painted. There was paint peeling off the trim around the doors. Cob webs in corner of living room and ceiling fans. The front door looked like somebody had a break in. The laundry room doors were off and leaning against unit in closet. The ceiling fans didn't work and smoke detector kept beeping. had to call maintenance to get new remote for living room fan and lights and smoke detector in master. Never had a remote to bedroom ceiling fan. The furniture on the deck off living room was falling apart and cushions were dirty and moldy. The master bath and shower had mold on the ceilings and exhaust fan and lights and around the grout, The hall bathroom was dirty and had mold and dirt in and around the tub. The sink would hardly drain. The hide a bed had dirt all along the inside front when we pulled it out. The settee in the dinning room was old , smelly and you sank down in it when you tried to sit on it, The couch and pillows on it were dirty. The 2 bedroom had a cloth frame and the end was dirty and the tv stand and night stands were dirty . The living room rug had stains all over it and was just nasty. Wore socks the whole time there. The WIFI was terrible. Couldn't watch tv or use our phone or computers to check in at work. I have tried on several ocassions to contact the owner of the property but the management at ZIA will not let me send a friendly email to let them know what the condition of the unit is. They have refused to let me contact them so I am forced to leave my review in order to let the owner know the condition of the unit. ZIA has said they have addressed the issues but I really find that hard to believe considering the all over condition of the property as a whole. I firmly believe this is of no fault of the owner but it is the fault of the ZIA Resort for letting it get in this shape. We were charged a cleaning fee for this unit and truly feel like this money is using else where. Regards The McArthurs
