The condo was very nice and clean. Very quiet complex which was nice. Pool is clean but quint. Only problem we had and frustrating is pretty much out of control of the owners is the beach situation. You can't sit in the area behind the condo due to a legal issue going on . So the pictures of the chairs and boardwalk are false advertising. It's a pretty good walk from where you can sit without any problems and the complex. My excellent rating is based off the communication that someone else said was bad and the unit whick was very nice and very clean which is reassuring.
