With a king in the Master Bedroom and 2 full beds in the Guest Bedroom, this condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The spectacular Gulf Views, eat-in kitchen and resort amenities will make your stay more than wonderful! Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. We LOVED this unit! It’s, by-far, the most spacious two-bedroom we’ve stayed at in Florida. Great kitchen space and the guest bedroom was perfect even for three teenage girls. The management team was extremely responsive and very helpful through the entire stay. The resort was in a great location and the walk to the beach was effortless. Very impressed and we all enjoyed our stay!

This condo is located in a perfect distance from all the necessary shops and things to do! The ease of access to the location was worth appreciating as the condo is right next to the elevator. Its a spacious 2 bed condo with enough room for kids to play with and run around! Beach access is good too. This is in the Tower 1 of the 3 towers and the ocean view is amazing! Overall nice vacation place!

Steps from the beach

View is amazing from the outdoor space. Property is steps from the beach with 2 chairs and umbrella included. The only issue was the major exterior renovation to of all the buildings in the complex. We had to listen to jackhammering everyday of our stay.

Quick trip to Destin

Spacious older property. Well kept Close to the beach and grocery/shopping Unimpressive pool but beach is just a short walk. Beach chairs and umbrella provided on beach which was a unexpected surprise. Make sure and bring your own beach towel and condiments Only negative was a/c unit was loud and struggled to keep the condo cool. Bedrooms have ceiling fans which helped to keep things comfortable.
