The Space:

This spacious bungalow-style abode will accommodate any vacation whether it be a family vacation or a reunion of friends, with a variety of sleeping options and all the contemporary and cozy updates you need to feel right at home. Live like a local with the sandy shores of the beachfront only seconds away and breathe in the warm salty air and gentle breeze floating over the Gulf Coast.



You'll be within walking distance to both the beach and lagoon, with a private backyard area boasting a covered patio and an elegant, wooden bar area. The chic and cozy living area is outfitted with stylish furnishings that include a sleeper sofa. A fully equipped kitchen has sleek granite counters and updated appliances alongside an adjacent dining area with seating for six. The private washer and dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay.



This home is within walking distance to some of the most popular restaurants on the Gulf Coast including Captain Anderson's, a local's favorite. You can also be at St Andrews State Park, Miracle Strip, Wonderworks, or Shipwreck Island within 5 to 10 minutes. The luxurious 30A area is a short 40 minutes to upscale dining and shopping. For boat lovers, three full-service marinas are literally within walking distance. Golf options abound with public courses at Signal Hill, Holiday, Bay Point, Hombre, and Sharks Tooth - the famous Greg Norman-designed course.

Great Place!

We were very happy staying here! The house was clean and the king bed was comfortable! It’s furnished really pretty and the outdoor area was a huge bonus! We will definitely be staying here again soon!

First trip to the beach for our fur baby

We enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet area but close to the beach. Loved the fenced back yard and the deck. Easy check in and out. Will definitely be back.

Great location

Wonderful 2 weeks despite a few surprises. Property was basically clean but overall needed some TLC. GREAT LOCATION! Quiet neighborhood. Perfect sunny warm weather!

TV's. did not work majority of the time. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and in dire need of replacement. Property was not well maintained and had several areas of repair needed. Would not recommend this property for future stays.
Bed had dip in mattress and had little to no support.
Rusted exterior. Items were broken or need of repair inside unit.

Quick work trip

The house was OK. Location was decent. Cleanliness of the property was definitely lacking. Stains and seemingly dirty furniture. Coffee maker broke, so I had to go purchase my own. Not wanting this to happen to someone else, I left the coffee maker that I purchased. The shower door in the master bedroom does not close, leading to a large pool of water while taking a shower. Fan did not work outside, so could not enjoy the outdoor space. To be completely honest, Not sure I would recommend this property.

Our local manager assured us that the shower door was adjusted and fixed and the housekeeping team will be addressed. They will discuss a deep cleaning with the homeowners and the coffee pot was replaced. Communication sucks but decent place to stay

Was a nice place upon arrival then get inside the ceilings were peeling and water spots on ceiling in bathroom we noticed dirt on the sinks and roaches in the kitchen and dead roaches around the house my car broke down and i called to extend checkout to be told its not their problem and we would have to sit outside to wait for the mechanics to fix our vehicle with 5 kids my card was overcharged by 59 dollars and im very upset about it
