The Space:

Fragrant sea breezes and Gulf-front views await on your shaded balcony at Summerhouse 312C. This third-floor condo is mere steps from the beach, with a host of amenities waiting to welcome you home each day. Enjoy two pools, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, an arcade, billiards, and horseshoes.



Summerhouse enjoys a great Gulf-front position in Panama City Beach, just two miles up the coast from pristine St. Andrews State Park. In the other direction, you'll be close to attractions that include WonderWorks (three miles), Gulf World (seven miles), and the shops and restaurants of Pier Park (eight miles).



Greet each morning outside on your balcony, seated in an Adirondack chair, sipping a hot cup of coffee, and listening to the waves meet the white-sand shore. Back inside, prepare breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and sit down to eat at the table or the breakfast bar.



After a beautiful day at the beach, you'll have a washer/dryer for your swimsuits and towels, central air conditioning to cool you down, and plush seating in the living room to help you unwind as you watch a favorite movie or two. When it's time to turn in, choose between two bedrooms (with TVs) paired with two full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a Gulf-front primary suite that opens to the balcony.

Beach getaway

Location was great with perfect views of the gulf. Just steps away from the beach and nice heated pool for cooler weather of spring break. Our small kids enjoyed beach time and pool. Comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen. We had to re-pare remote for family room tv and counter outlet in master bath does not work. Location is close to many restaurants. We had a quiet and enjoyable visit. Much smaller crowds at the beach than we expected for spring break. Would recommend.

We love The Summerhouse in general but this room was not satisfactory. The room was dirty and the place was not in good shape. We will not be staying in this room again.
