About this property
Beachfront 2Br, 2Bath Condo with pool and beautiful views. Ground Floor.
This condo is in a great location on the less congested, east end of Panama City Beach. It is a ground floor unit with parking right outside the door...... it is so easy to load and unload the car.
Oh, and it has a beautiful view. Pool is right out the back door.
The unit has a King Bed in the Master with en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and bunk beds. Add the sofa sleeper in the living room and you can comfortably sleep 8. Living room has new furniture. Kitchen has everything you should need. Unit has two full bathrooms.
Linens are provided but you will need to bring soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. We stock starter supplies.
This location is ideal for families. It is a multi-unit building so if there are neighbors present, you will hear them. We love the convenience of the parking and location right on the beach.
This condo is close to many attractions. Mrs. Newby's is a short walk from the condo.
We have a contract with our cleaners that does not allow early checkins.

Why they chose this property
The area is much less congested than a lot of Panama City Beach and the Guld Coast, in general. Nice quiet beach front setting close to St. Andrews State park and the marinas. If you want to go to pier park, it is only 8 miles away. So many nearby attractions to choose from.
What makes this property unique
This property is all about convenience. It is located in a quiet area, but close to many restaurants and activities. You can park near the front door..... ground floor makes carrying things in and out a breeze. The pool and beach access are right out the back door. And you have an amazing gulf view to top it off. We were hooked after one visit to the property.
