The Space:

This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Good condo for families. Close to splash pad and grills but still quiet.

We enjoyed staying here with our 10 and 4 year old. It is near all the splash pad action which was great for our family. Easy walk to the beach through the pool area. Lots of people at this resort and you need to get up early to get a good chair, but overall a fun family spot. Nice condo with comfortable beds. The bunks are roomier than we expected and the kids loved them.

Nice location for access to the beach and pool area. Furniture needs to be cleaned. Only single nightstand creates unique issues with today’s electronics. 2nd bath shower head needs replacing. No counter space available there either. Stove top burners and catch pans need to be replaced with ones that fit.

Condominium complex awesome! Will definitely go there again but stay in different unit and upon checking into room check cleanliness of room. Unit A220 sofa bed sheets were still on from previous guest and bunk beds full of sand with unwashed bedding. Sofa and chair very old and worn out ,sofa bed not usable. We did not discover these things until bedtime and called about but tired from traveling and just made best of situation and refused to let ruin our vacation

We had a great time at the facility. We had just a few minor issues in our room and one of our other rooms. A220 ice maker did not work all weekend. We notified staff and they did bring us ice. Drain in tub is broken in master Shower door by bunk beds does not close And cleaning under bunk mattress needs to be done Room B308 our elderly aunts room there was mold in the bathroom and by the bunk beds
