The Space:

This condo has a breathtaking coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Beautifully decorated in a tropical theme with soothing blues and greens this unit compliments the resort and its surroundings. Unit B306 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a King bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

LOVED this condo. Absolutely gorgeous, great front desk service, and very family-friendly place. The pool was amazing and probably where we spent most of our time. The room included a ton of awesome extras. Will stay again.

Convenient, family friendly spot to relax

The location of this property is great. The pools, lazy river and beach provided plenty of entertainment. Lots of families here so it felt very safe and our kids made nice friends. The only negative was the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. It was clean but the kitchen handles and surfaces hadn’t been done very well. I cleaned for 20 min and that was sufficient. Check in and out could not have been any easier.

Great resort and location!!

The Waterscape Resort is an awesome place with a great staff. The location of B306 was perfect! We were close enough to the beach yet still having a great view of the beautiful pool area. I booked this condo through vrbo because I enjoy the personal touches the owners usual have for their guest but unfortunately this condo appeared to be managed completely by Resortquest...which was fine, it just felt more like a hotel. Also, if you, your spouse or children move at all during your sleep expect to be awakened by the loudest, most awful noise you've ever heard from the bed's box spring. Plan on bringing your own blankets and plastic Tupperware (for grilling by the pool) or plates/cups for children because there aren't any in this condo. All in all, my family had a fantastic time during our stay here at the beautiful Waterscape Resort!!
