Come and relax in the living room, new queen sofa bed and loveseat, TV and Blu-ray player. A610 offers a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There is plenty of space for dining with a large table. The primary suite has a king bed, TV, DVD player, and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a garden tub. The second primary suite offers a king bed, TV, DVD player and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a garden tub. Additional sleeping accommodations located in the bunk area which has a TV with a DVD player. Needing to do laundry Don't worry this home has a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
