BEAUTIFUL updated condo, convenient, perfect for a couple or small group.
We had a wonderful girl's weekend in this condo! We couldn't get over the impeccable updates and style of the place. It was conveniently located to pools, the beach, and onsite restaurant. Highly recommended!

The unit was clean. Seems to have been recently updated. Good for a couple to stay in. Only thing I’d say I was disappointed In is that it says ocean view in the description and it’s not at all. You see the swimming pool! Not a bad view just not what it was said to be.

Nice but dirty
This is a very nice unit… Only a few steps from the parking lot. Only a few steps from the pool. It is very small but well appointed. Only real downer to this place wish that you could tell it was a heavy renter and was pretty dirty… Tons of dust under the furniture. ...Tons of dirt on the floor… Nasty shower curtain…

I was overall pleased with this rental. However, we had trouble the entire stay with the keypad entry system. It did not work properly and took multiple tries almost every time we had to re-enter the condo. The first night when we arrived, it took us 30 minutes and a series of phone calls before we were able to enter.

No hot water my entire visit. The property manager was very unresponsive. Said they would send someone out a didn’t. Wouldn’t recommend staying at this place.

The room was filthy! I bought cleaning supplies and had to clean our room before we could even get our stuff inside. The manager of the property “Ashley” wouldn’t answer calls, we called 9 times and she never did return our call. Construction was terrible and parking was pretty much nonexistent. We ended up leaving early and paying for another hotel. Huge inconvenience! We should’ve been notified of the construction and the problems it was going to cause. We were very disappointed!

Okay but in bad repair. I made the mistake of walking across the floor barefoot in the bottoms of my feet were pitch black. We could get the TV on but could never change the channel. I guess the remote did not have batteries in it? Just couldn’t tell.
Parking was a huge issue. Got up at 8o’clock in the morning to go to breakfast and someone had literally parked in the drive area behind our car. Finally a woman a grandmother and two kids came running from the pool area apologizing telling us that they were just trying to park so the kids could go swimming. Very inconvenient

The condo itself was nice, description needs updating
The condo itself was immaculate. Very nicely decorated and clean. The description stated that the unit was ocean front. It was far from it. This unit was at least a football field, if not more, away from sand. The patio was literally too small for 2 people to sit on, and the view was shrubs that were probably 8 ft tall, so no view at all. The description also stated that there was a washer and dryer. There wasn't. You had to go to the on-site coin operated laundromat if you needed to do any laundry. We kept having issues with the unit above ours doing renovations. I finally broke down and called someone at the office, told them our issue, but never even got a call back or response. Overall, the condo was beautiful, but the description of amenities is mis-leading, and the customer service was not good. I won't be using Mandoki Hospitality again to book. I'll go directly through the owner from now on.

Its was good
We recently stayed and it all around was good. First I have to say the Facebook help team is very responsive and helped the whole time! We got there during a tropical storm and our door lock wouldn't work. We had to go through 5 codes before it would work. The bathroom is in major need of work. The sink is messed up, the metal accents (toilet paper holder and so on) are all rusted, and no shelf space to put stuff. We had two adults and 2 kids under 5 and I felt it was tiny. It worked but in the future I would want larger space. There was no amenity key and we even asked and still never got one. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS. I dont think you could even call them pillows because there wasnt anything left of them. You can not see the ocean just fyi... I loved it was on the bottom floor right by the pool, we didn't have to carry sandy stuff through the condo, just tossed it over the back porch. Very nice resort over all. I hated there wasn't a washer and dryer in the condo. We like to wash bathing suits and towels to get salt and sand off and you had to pay to do that, if there was even one open. It was off the beaten path but less people I felt. We had a good time just needs some adjustments.
