Kokomo II



The Space:

Kokomo II is a gorgeous Gulf front home located approximately three miles west of Highway 59. This two-story home has a covered parking area for your convenience. The stairs lead you to the north side entry, with the main level featuring an open living area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen as well as in-unit laundry. The living area has a simple, yet elegant interior decor with subtle beach-themed touches. Cozy up on one of the comfortable sofas and watch your favorite sit-com on the flatscreen TV while any of your guests prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. The private deck offers an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals, a couple of beach chairs, perfect for sunbathing, and direct beach access. The parrot head guest bedroom with hand-painted charms features a queen bed. The second guest bedroom on the northwest side of the home has two bunk beds. Everybody should know a place like Kokomo.

This vacation rental is less than three miles from downtown Gulf Shores where you can find a plethora of dining options such as Janino's Pizza, De Soto's Seafood Kitchen, Shrimp Basket Gulf Shores, Waffle House, and many more! The Gulf State Park is close and it boasts two miles of powdery sands, the largest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico, scenic biking and hiking trails, and even freshwater lakes you can explore in a kayak. The Park at OWA is a well-known amusement park featuring thrilling rides such as the Air Racer, Crazy Mouse, Freedom Flyer, and more and it's only 14 up north.

It was a great place to stay. The house was built great inside, and outside. Everything was provided..... only downside was no Beach chairs and equipment did not have room to haul it with luggage and did not know it was the not there.

This was our first time to the gulf shores and we will definitely be back! The house was perfectly located, great space and very clean! I would highly recommend bringing additional beach chairs and an umbrella for shade for the beach! Would definitely recommend and stay at this house again!

Wonderful house in great location! Loved being able to see the beach from the house! Easy beach access. When we weren’t on the beach we were on the patio looking at the beach. Perfect house for a family to relax on the beach for a week! We hope to come back next year!

We loved our stay at the Kokomo II. Couldn’t get enough of the gorgeous beach view, and we were a mere ten minutes away from the main road with many of the restaurants/activities in the area. We were happy and comfortable in the beautiful, spacious home. Will recommend to others.

Family Vacation

Great location. We enjoyed our vacation despite the weather we had. The house had a great view. The air did stop working but the manager came right out to check it out and fixed the problem!
