The Space:
Designed with larger groups in mind, the layout offers multiple living areas, flexible sleeping spaces, and easy access to the outdoors.
The main level centers around the living space, with an oversized leather sectional, a stone fireplace, and large windows that bring in natural light. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large island with seating, along with a dining table that accommodates the group.
Access from both the living and dining areas leads out to a wraparound deck with a gas grill, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow for meals and relaxing.
The primary suite is also on the main level, featuring a queen bed, access to the deck, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. A full bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with washer and dryer are also located on this level.
Upstairs, the layout splits to create separate spaces for groups. One side includes a bedroom with both a king and queen bed, along with a flatscreen TV. Next door is a bunk-style room with a full bed, a twin bed, and a closet.
On the other side of the landing, there is a bedroom with a queen bed, a crib, and a large walk-in closet. Nearby, the loft offers an additional living space with a seating area, flatscreen TV, and a wet bar with four bar stools. A full bathroom with a shower and tub is located off the loft.
