KITCHEN & DINING

Find everything needed to whip up crowd-pleasing meals in a chic kitchen with granite countertops. A two-seater breakfast bar offers a casual spot for morning coffee and pancakes.

The light-filled dining area features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a dining table with eight upholstered chairs.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom is detailed with a queen bed, desk, backyard access, and an en-suite bath with a dual vanity and jetted tub/shower combination -- perfect for long and relaxing soaks.

The second and third bedrooms both feature a queen bed and large closet. Both rooms share access to a guest bathroom with tub/shower combination. One of the bedrooms also has an additional queen sleeper sofa.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.

Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. This includes radios, musical instruments, and any other devices that produce or reproduce sound. Indoor music must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any amplified music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Outdoor noise and/or use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm-8am. Guests shall respect the neighbor's privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

Nice

While everything was nice, there were just a couple of issues that may need attention. The master bathroom shower knob doesn't work properly, it was hard to dial in the right temp. We were advised that it needs replacing but we didn't want to go through that while we were there. Also, it would be nice if there was more than one tv , but that's our opinion. It was a nice neighborhood and the kitchen was great to cook in.

COVID-19 Interruption

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was intended to last for six weeks but was shortened by two weeks because of the COVID-19 outbreak. Our home country Canada, issued a travel advisory that all Canadians should return home ASAP. In order to comply with the travel advisory we vacated the rental property two weeks early. I acknowledge that we did not purchase the optional insurance that may or may not have covered “stay disruption” due to a pandemic. However, I do believe that under the circumstance a adjustment should be in order. According VRBO they are encouraging their rental owners and their agents who have renters that had to cut their vacation short due to COVID-19 some reasonable reimbursement. So far we have heard nothing. With that in mind my rating is not going to be as high as it might have been under a different circumstance.

The rooms were a nice size, bathroom very clean, living space was also good. The pool area could use some shade, but overall was had tons of fun. The only complaint I have would be the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. It would make a loud noise if it was sped up. Overall great house great location amazing features great amenities would recommend this to anyone.

This house worth every panny you paid for.

We had to get this house almost at last minute, because the house we've rented at first become unavailable. We've got scared at the beginning that this house may be too small for us (3 couples and 2 kids), but it was exactly what we needed. Literally, from the first minutes being in the house, we realized that it worth every penny we paid for. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and cooled. All appliances are good-quality and like new. Same as kitchen cabinets and all other furniture. Kitchen cabinets are full of high-quality tableware, silverware, and outdoor dishes and glasses. Also, you will find there salad bowls and backing dishes in all possible sizes. We took extra blankets and pool towels with us, but we didn't need them: there are 10 or 12 pool towels ready for you, as well as extra bath towels, pillows, bed-sheet sets, and trows (all good quality and like new). In addition, a lot of paper towels rolls, bath tissues, and laundry detergent. The backyard is awesome! Very private, nicely decorated (we've got a lot of great pictures there!), with a pool with salted (or mineral) water (no chlorine smell at all). Definitely will recommend this house to anyone! Don't forget a sun-block lotion and have fun!
